Jourdan is a certified birth and postpartum doula residing in Oakland. Their doula career began with training in January 2015. Since then they have helped countless families welcome their babies into the world, and instilled confidence in new parents during postpartum. They have always had a natural affinity for babies and birth. Jourdan is passionate about this work, and considers it their calling. Jourdan offers trauma-informed care ensuring you the mental and emotional presence required during such an important life event. 

When Jourdan is not supporting families, they spend time outside under tall trees. They craft a lot, and like to explore all mediums of art. They firmly believe in investing in community and mutual aid.
